Welcome to WhiteTip Code (https://www.whitetipcode.com). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of our premium WordPress and WooCommerce plugins, extensions, and related services (collectively, “Products”).

By accessing our website or purchasing our Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase our Products.

1. General Provisions

WhiteTip Code (“we”, “us”, or “our”) provides premium software solutions for e-commerce. By placing an order, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and that all information you provide is accurate.

2. Software Licensing and Usage

All Products sold on WhiteTip Code are licensed, not sold.

  • License Grant: Upon successful payment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product in accordance with the specific tier you purchased (e.g., Single Site, 3 Sites, Unlimited).
  • EULA: Your use of our Products is also governed by our End User License Agreement (EULA), which is included with the software.
  • Prohibited Actions: You may not redistribute, resell, sub-license, or claim intellectual or exclusive ownership of any of our Products, modified or unmodified.

3. Updates and Support

Each Product purchase includes access to automatic software updates and premium technical support for a period of 1 year (12 months) from the date of purchase.

  • Updates: Ensure compatibility with new versions of WordPress and WooCommerce, and may include new features and bug fixes.
  • Support: Technical support covers help with installation, configuration, and fixing software bugs. Support does not cover custom development, server-level issues, or conflicts with third-party plugins/themes not authored by us.
  • Renewal: After 1 year, you must renew your license key to continue receiving updates and support. The Product will generally continue to function even if the license expires, but we cannot guarantee future compatibility.

4. Payments and Pricing

All prices listed on the website are in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect existing active subscriptions until their renewal date.

5. Refund Policy and Right of Withdrawal (Digital Goods Exemption)

Due to the digital nature of our Products (downloadable software), our refund and withdrawal policies are subject to specific legal exemptions.

  • Exception to the Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers): In accordance with Article 59 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the right of withdrawal is excluded for the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium. By completing your purchase and initiating the download of our Products, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
  • Refunds: Because our Products are digital goods that cannot be physically “returned,” all sales are considered final and non-refundable once the software has been downloaded. If you experience technical issues, our premium support team is available to assist you. Refunds will only be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion, typically only in the event of an unresolvable technical failure on our end.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties and Legal Liability

Our Products are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied.

  • No Legal Advice: Products designed to assist with legal compliance (such as the Woo EU Right of Withdrawal Button) are strictly technical tools. WhiteTip Code is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. We make no warranty that the use of our Products will guarantee 100% legal compliance for your specific jurisdiction or business model. You are solely responsible for ensuring your business practices comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws.
  • Limitation of Liability: In no event shall WhiteTip Code be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use our Products.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software code, is the property of WhiteTip Code and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of our assets without prior written consent.

8. Modifications to Terms
